Under no circumstances can any of our products be re-sold without written permission beforehand. Vivid Impressions reserves the right to use custom-designed pieces for future stationery sets.

Copyright Design Credit
The items you are purchasing are exclusive to Vivid Impressions. As such all stationery pieces will include a small unobtrusive copyright credit 'www.vividimpressions.com.au' hand stamped in black ink on the back of all stationery pieces. The credit is kept to a minimum size and is positioned on the back as not to interfere with the overall look of the stationery. Requests for removal of copyright credits from stationery items will incur a fee at the discretion of Vivid Impressions, payable prior to stationery being printed.

Privacy
Vivid Impressions guarantees that any personal information provided to us is kept private and confidential. Under no circumstances will they be given to any third party by us.

Prices and Payments/Deposits
All prices are subject to change without notification, and all prices include GST and are displayed in Australian dollars. We accept payment by cheque, credit card (visa and MasterCard), money order and direct deposit. (All credit card transactions will incur a 3.47% surcharge.) At Vivid Impressions we use Cardlink (affiliated with the National Australia Bank) - a secure payment gateway which allows us to accept credit card payment by MasterCard and Visa.

Confirming your order
Once you are happy and have accepted your quote, Vivid Impressions, we will send you an invoice and a non-refundable payment of order must be paid. (Should you cancel your order for any reason, your payment will be forfeited). We will then send you a confirmatory email, which includes information regarding the, wording and guest list submission deadlines and templates, and other helpful information regarding wording and fonts. Payment of the invoice indicates your acceptance of our Policy Terms & Conditions and confirms your order with Vivid Impressions. All orders are subject to stock availability. Once your order is received you will be notified if any materials are not available. You may cancel your order then with a full refund, or wait for stock to arrive. Due to the nature of hand-made production, a slight variation may occur between items. Onscreen colours may appear slightly different. We recommend purchasing a sample (single card) before placing a large order.

Samples
If you would like a sample before you proceed with your order, a charge of $15.00 is payable per invitation design. This includes an invitation, rsvp postcard and postage charges.

Guest List Submission
Preferred guest list submission is via email via our spreadsheet we send you. A surcharge will apply to lists that are posted, faxed or hand written. Upon receipt of orders customers will be notified of correct submission details. Guest list must be typed as you wish it to appear, so all spelling and set out, including postcodes must be correct. Any corrections or additions required will be at the expense of the customer.

Sample Proof
A PDF proof will be emailed to you for approval before printing. Once you have checked and approved your proof, please email your approval in writing to vivid@vividimpressions.com.au. Stationery will not commence printing until the approval is received. Client errors that are signed off through the proofing process are to be reprinted at the client's expense. It is the client's responsibility to check all copy is correct. Ensure that all text supplied is as final as possible, we allow for one set of text amendments at proof stage. It is not Vivid Impressions responsibility to check for spelling.

Order cancellations and refunds
Please choose carefully. Due to the nature of our work and time involved in creating your stationery, we cannot refund your deposit once the design process and printing has begun simply because you have changed your mind. Should you cancel your order prior to delivery, you shall loose all your deposit to cover any costs involved. If the order has already been fulfilled, then full payment is required within 5 working days after an invoice has been issued. No refunds are given after delivery.

Delivery times
The minimum time allowed for stationery items will depend on the quantity required; this will be advised upon quotation of your order. It is best to allow as much time as possible to allow for proofing and production. If items are urgently required sooner than our estimate, rush rates WILL apply (also to be advised upon quotation). All orders are sent either via Australia Post or courier and will require a signature. Vivid Impressions cannot be held liable for any damage or charges whatsoever caused by third parties, including loss, delays and damages. Urgent delivery can be requested and will be charged accordingly. Once orders are dispatched only an estimated time of arrival can be given. An exact delivery time cannot be provided as this is subject to the third party. Customers are advised to allow for any unexpected delays when ordering.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
Payment and approval of your stationery is considered acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
